text_size=&#8221;h1&#8243;]La nostra storia[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]La storia della ditta \u201c<strong>PESTO PIU\u2019 DI PRA\u2018<\/strong>\u201d inizia nel 1996 grazie a<strong> Franco Fassone<\/strong> e <strong>Luciana Rebuffo<\/strong> che appassionati di cucina tradizionale genovese diedero vita ad un piccolo laboratorio artigianale nel cuore del Parco del Basilico a Genova Pr\u00e0, per produrre il pesto vanto assoluto della cucina ligure.<br \/>\nFranco, che paragonava i sette ingredienti del pesto alle sette note musicali come un appassionato compositore, ogni giorno fondeva assieme il basilico, l\u2019aglio, il sale marino, il formaggio Grana Padano D.O.P., il Fiore Sardo D.O.P., i pinoli prima scelta e l\u2019olio extra vergine d\u2019oliva della riviera ligure del ponente per ottenere la \u201csinfonia perfetta\u201d di profumi e sapori che nasce dall\u2019incontro di questa salsa dal color smeraldo con la pasta.<br \/>\nOggi in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Via+Branega,+23,+16157+Genova+GE\/@44.430791,8.7757836,17z\/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x12d33ecf0ff29d09:0x49f70e5827548599!8m2!3d44.430791!4d8.7779723\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via Branega 23<\/a>, il genero, i nipoti e la figlia coadiuvanti da <strong>Andrea<\/strong> e <strong>Maikol<\/strong> proseguono la tradizione di Franco producendo un pesto genovese di alta qualita\u2019, certificato senza glutine.<br \/>\nAttraverso la partecipazione ad iniziative dedicate alla promozione e alla difesa dei prodotti artigianali italiani, il nostro pesto ha riscosso grande successo in molte regioni italiane e all\u2019estero, nonch\u00e9 l\u2019apprezzamento di palati famosi e la pubblicazione di articoli su riviste del settore.<br \/>\nUn \u201cPESTO PIU&#8217;\u201d appunto![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243;
